CHIMAIRA Launches YouTube Channel
September 12, 2006Cleveland's CHIMAIRA has launched a new YouTube channel at this location. "We hope to get some great footage uploaded there from the studio, past tours, and other stupidity," the band says. "Check it out and stay tuned for the goods."
CHIMAIRA is currently writing material for a new studio album — the group's first since splitting with Roadrunner Records earlier in the year. "Right now we have about 6-8 songs written," Chris Spicuzza (electronics) stated in an online posting late last month. "We plan on signing a record deal soon, hitting the studio around October, and releasing this record early 2007. Things don't always go as planned, so don't be surprised if our plans change."
CHIMAIRA's last album, "Chimaira", was recorded at Spider Studios in Ohio with producer Ben Schigel. Mixing duties were handled by Colin Richardson (MACHINE HEAD, FEAR FACTORY, NAPALM DEATH).
